The ghosts of BILL MONROE and JIMMY MARTIN will undoubtedly be in attendance to register high lonesome howls of protest as the JAKE LEG STOMPERS turn the venerated Station Inn (Mother Club of Bluegrass) into a stomping bacchanal of Halloween Mayhem on Saturday, October 28th (9 pm) during their second annual ALL HALLOW'S STOMP.
In addition to the usual dose of high energy chicken-fried pre-war hokum-billy jug music, there will be a HALLOWEEN COSTUME CONTEST with fabulous prizes and plenty of free candy from strangers. (Yes, that means YOU can WIN by making a fool of yourself in public just like us!) Dress inappropriately and come early, as the last two STOMPERS shows at the Station Inn were SOLD OUT. Doors open at 8 pm. Mortal Souls pay $10, disembodied spirits get in free. |
